1. About this policy

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit it. Websites use cookies, and similar technologies such as local storage, to work properly, to remember your choices and, in some cases, to measure use or show advertising. This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Finnovus Technologies Private Limited ("Finnovus", "CreditSiddhi", "we", "us" or "our") uses on creditsiddhi.com and creditsiddhi.in (the "Site" and the "Platform"), why we use them, and how you can control them. Please read it with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more widely.

2. What we use

We keep our use of cookies to what the Platform needs, plus analytics that you choose to allow. Type What it does Your consent How long Strictly necessary Keeps you signed in to the Platform, keeps your session secure, protects against forged requests and spreads load across our servers. Remembers your cookie choice. Not needed Until you close your browser, except your cookie choice, which is kept for up to 12 months Analytics Counts visits and shows which pages are used, so we can improve the Site. Provided by Google Analytics and other analytics tools. Switched off until you accept. Asked first Set only after you accept. The cookie notice shows the exact period for each cookie Preferences Would remember settings such as language or layout. We do not set these today. Asked first Not used Type What it does Your consent How long Advertising Would build a profile of your interests to show advertising. We do not use these, and we do not plan to. Not applicable Never used Strictly necessary cookies are the only ones we set without asking, because the Platform cannot work safely without them. They do not track you across other websites. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie notice. The notice names each analytics provider and lists its cookies, and we keep that list up to date. Browser storage. Where the Platform stores something in your browser other than a cookie, such as in local storage, we use it only for the same necessary purposes, for example to keep a form you are filling in from being lost.

3. Analytics and third parties

If you accept analytics cookies, the analytics providers receive technical details about your visit, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. They process it for us, under their own privacy policies, and may process it outside India. We keep these tools to the public pages of the Site: we do not run analytics on the pages where you upload documents or view your report. We switch off advertising features in these tools, so the data is not used to show you advertising or to build advertising profiles. We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels or embedded video that sets cookies. Our fonts are stored on our own servers, so loading a page does not send your details to a font provider.

4. The cookie notice

The first time you visit, we show a cookie notice. It explains each type of cookie and lets you accept or reject analytics. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing other than strictly necessary cookies is set before you choose. If we later add a new type of cookie, we will ask again, and we will update this policy.

5. Your choices

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. We will post the new version here with its date. If a change means we ask for your consent for something new, we will ask before we use it.
