Terms and Conditions
Document Details Version 3.0 FINAL, dated 19 October 2026. Replaces the Terms and Conditions of Use in Terms and Privacy Policy V2.0 (last revised 27 April 2021). Effective date 20th October, 2026 Entity Finnovus Technologies Private Limited (CIN U72900MH2020PTC340845) Registered office 5th Floor 11-B/503 Baronet CHS, Lokhandwala Township, Akurli Road, Kandivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400101 Grievance Officer Sujit Desai, customer.services@creditsiddhi.com (see section 21)
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and Finnovus Technologies Private Limited ("Finnovus", "CreditSiddhi", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply when you visit creditsiddhi.com or creditsiddhi.in, request a meeting, create an account, or use NEO by CreditSiddhi (together, the "Platform"). Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Digital Lending Disclosure. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Agreeing to these Terms is not consent to share your information with any institution. That consent is separate, and we ask for it at the point where it is needed (see section 6).
2. What the Platform does, and what it does not
- NEO helps an MSME show who it is as a business. It builds an Economic Identity from the documents and information the MSME submits and presents it as the NEO Economic Identity Report (the "Report") and, for eligible businesses, NEO MSME Certification (the "Certification").
- We are not a bank, a lender or a credit bureau, and we do not lend. If you ask us to connect you with a lending institution, we introduce you, and the institution alone decides whether to lend and on what terms.
- The Report and the NEO Score reflect the information available to us. They do not determine eligibility, approval, pricing or any lending outcome. Each institution makes its own decisions.
- Nothing on the Platform is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
3. Who can use the Platform
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
- MSMEs: to be assessed and certified, a business must meet the eligibility criteria shown on the Platform when you apply. At present these include an Udyam registration and bank statements for the previous 12 months. GST returns and a balance sheet are optional and can add evidence. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee Certification, which depends on verification.
- Banks, NBFCs and MFIs are not assessed as borrowers on NEO.
- Institutions, buyers and other organisations that use Reports do so under section 9 and any separate agreement with us.
4. Your account
You must give us true, complete and current information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign- in details private, tell us at once at customer.services@creditsiddhi.com if you think someone else has used them, and do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account unless it results from our failure to protect it. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.
5. Documents and information you give us
- You confirm that everything you submit is genuine, accurate and yours to share, and that you have the permission of any person whose personal information it contains, such as a director or promoter.
- You remain the owner of what you submit. You give us a limited licence to store and process it to provide the Platform and for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy and in the consents you give. We do not use it for anything else.
- If we find that a document is false, altered or misleading, we may refuse or withdraw Certification, close your account, and tell any institution that has received your Report if the law or our agreement with it requires.
6. Consent, in two stages
The Platform asks for your consent in two separate stages. Stage 1 covers being assessed by NEO: processing your documents to prepare your Report, NEO Score and Certification, and refreshing them every quarter or when you ask. Stage 2 comes after a match: before we share anything with an institution, we show you its name, exactly what we would share, why and for how long, and ask for your consent for that institution alone. You can decline or withdraw either stage, as the Privacy Policy explains. Declining Stage 2 does not cost you your Report.
7. The Report and the Certification
- The Report and the Certification show what NEO found in the documents available on the date shown. They may become out of date as your business changes. We refresh them every quarter or when you ask, and we may update, suspend or withdraw them if information changes, a refresh fails, or we find an error.
- You may show your Certification and Report to others and may say that NEO has certified your business, with the date. You must not alter them, suggest that NEO endorses you, or suggest that Certification promises a loan or any other result.
- Certification depends on eligibility, verification and these Terms. We may decline to certify a business, and we will tell you why where we can.
- If you think something in your Report is wrong, write to customer.services@creditsiddhi.com. We will review it within 15 working days and correct it where we find an error.
8. Fees and the free offer
- The free offer. Base NEO MSME Certification is free for the first 5,000 eligible MSMEs. "Eligible" means that the business meets the criteria in section 3 and passes verification. We count towards the 5,000 in the order in which we accept complete applications, and we will tell you before you apply if the limit has been reached.
- Other fees. Fees may apply to services outside the free offer and after the first 5,000. We charge the fees we publish or agree with you in writing, and we tell you the fee before you commit to it.
- Fees do not include GST or other taxes, which you pay in addition. We may change fees for the future by telling you in advance. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
9. Institutions, buyers and other organisations
An organisation that receives a Report may use it only to evaluate the business it describes, for the purpose shown in the consent, and may not pass it on, publish it, or use it for another purpose. It must keep the Report confidential and handle any personal information in it as the law requires. The decision to lend, buy or contract is the organisation's alone, and we do not guarantee any outcome. Separate written terms between us and the organisation prevail over this section where they conflict.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- give false, altered or misleading information or documents, or pretend to be someone else;
- copy, scrape or extract data from the Platform by automated means, or reverse-engineer, decompile or translate any part of it;
- interfere with the Platform, overload it, test its security without our written permission, or try to reach any system or data you are not authorised to use;
- use the Platform in a way that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights; or
- sell, resell or redistribute the Platform, the NEO Score or the methods behind them, except as we allow in writing.
11. Intellectual property
The Platform, the NEO name and logo, the NEO Score, the methods and models behind them, and all content on the Platform belong to Finnovus or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Platform as these Terms allow. You may not use our logo, graphics or marks without our written permission. If you send us comments or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you, but we will not use any personal information in them except as the Privacy Policy allows.
12. Links to other sites
The Platform may link to other websites for your convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. If you link to our site, link to the home page, do not frame or copy our content, do not suggest that we endorse you, and do not use our logo or marks without our permission.
13. Availability and changes to the Platform
We work to keep the Platform available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error- free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, for example for maintenance or security, and we will give notice where we reasonably can. We may add or change features and fees as section 8 allows.
14. Our responsibility to you
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties of any kind, including that the Report, NEO Score or any content is accurate, complete or current, or that the Platform will meet your needs or lead to any financial outcome.
- We use industry-standard security, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your own devices and sign-in details safe.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if we were told it was possible.
- Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Platform is limited to the total revenue we earn in connection with you, from any source, in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Your responsibility to us
You agree to compensate Finnovus, its officers, directors, employees and agents for losses, claims and reasonable legal costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, from false or unlawful documents or information you submit, or from your unlawful use of the Platform.
16. Compliance with law
You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms, all laws and regulations that apply to you, and the rights of others.
17. Ending your use
- By you. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We then handle your information as the Privacy Policy describes.
- By us. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe the Platform is being used unlawfully or in a way that puts others at risk, or if the law requires. Where we can, we will tell you why.
- What continues. Sections that by their nature should continue, including those on intellectual property, liability, compensation, governing law and disputes, continue after your access ends.
18. Privacy, consent and your data
We handle personal information as the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy describe. These Terms do not replace any consent you give or withdraw under them.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please first write to the Grievance Officer in section 21, and we will try to resolve it in good faith. If it is not resolved, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
20. General
- Changes. We may update these Terms, for example when the law or the Platform changes. We will post the new version with its date and tell you of material changes in advance. If you keep using the Platform after a change takes effect, you accept it. This does not replace consent that the law requires.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, with the policies named in section 1 and any separate written agreement with us, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Platform.
- If part is invalid. If a court finds part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up.
- Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
- Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Electronic contract. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and need no signature.
